On January 26th, we once again participated in the annual Unity Walk in Tempe, along with people from Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Mesa and Glendale. Annual Regional Unity Walk 2019 at Tempe Beach Park

Want a break from divisiveness, conflict, bickering and animosity? Does the term "Unity" bring memories of a more peaceful time? Then you will love participating in the annual Regional Unity Walk, 2019 at Tempe Beach Park. Are we in a housing bubble?

The most frequent question I'm asked lately is "are we in a housing bubble?".  The Phoenix housing market was predicted to be among the hottest in the country in 2017 and now that we're through the first third of the year, I'd say that prediction is on track to being right on the money.
